Edible Schoolyard Project
The Edible Schoolyard, founded by Alice Waters, is a California based nonprofit organisation dedicated to making sustainably grown food a key part of public education and health.
Thanks to its school gardens and kitchens, children and adults alike get to experience the joy of connecting with nature, all the while learning how to counter climate change and resist social inequality.
I am honoured to have had the chance to capture both the Berkeley and Stockton sites, as well as the wonderful team of people who help make the Edible Schoolyard a reality.
